Mini-Digger / Digger Buckets

We can make buckets for machines ranging from 0.75T to 50T in materials from mild steel to high grade alloy e.g. hardox or weldox. We also repair and modify existing buckets to customers specifications or requirements, including replacing skins, blades, wear-plates, teeth, bushes or pins.

The materials we use last approximately 4 times as long as mild steel - we would expect a hardox lined mini-digger bucket to last 4 times longer than a standard mild-steel bucket.

Blades / Wear-Plates / Rubbing Strips

Weld-on or bolt-on plates made predominantly from hardox (400 and 500), although we can provide hardox 600 (weld-on only), weldox, carbide-coated or manganese plates. We stock standard blades and plates for retail or can manuafacture tailor made blades and plates to your dimensions.

Teeth

We stock a variety of teeth including replacable tip types and cast side cutters in different qualities of steel. For informaition please contact us.

Pins

We provide pins of any size in EN24 that can be supplied with or without heat treatment. We can also supply profiled end plates to suit each particular product.

Bolts

Hex Bolts, Plough Bolts, Counter-sunk Bolts, Cap Head Bolts, various hardness (8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9) and various sizes.
